How to read the terms

First check account age, identity, and device usage, then read in accordance with the terms language to avoid mistakes later

Before registering with BDGO, this page is helpful to view once, especially to know what each device means when using the BDGO APK

Your own account closure rules

If you want, you may request account closure; usually first message support, then two-step verification

Once a request is submitted, new logins may be blocked if there are any pending tasks; it's best to finish them first

2. Enter the reason for closure
3. Wait for support response

Our limitations in the BDGO App

If policy is violated, the account may be temporarily suspended; false information, security risk, or out-of-policy usage; action is taken when these are seen

Accounts with suspicious activity are verified first, keeping your data and the platform safe

Cases where the account may be suspended

• If fake identity is
• If risky usage on multiple devices
• If rules are broken repeatedly
• If security alerts occur

Notice period and advance notice

Prior notice is given before general changes; in case of serious risk, restrictions may be imposed immediately

If policies change, read them once; continuing with the old rules in the BDGO App may lead to misunderstandings

What remains when closed, and what does

Even if the account is closed, some information may be kept for legal or security reasons for a few days, but personal access will no longer be available

BDGO login and new usage are stopped, but some parts of the policy remain; records and complaint history stay intact

Clauses remain in effect even if suspended

Some clauses remain in effect even after being disabled, for example security, privacy, and dispute resolution sections

Even after these are finished, BDGO App's recording and system logs may be stored as needed
